How to file a Hearing Request.
- Download and fill in the Hearing Request form (see link below).
- Email the completed form by clicking on email completed Hearing Request form link, fill in the necessary details, attach your completed Hearing Request Form (pdf or jpeg), and hit submit.
- Do so before the protest time expires at 11 pm on the day of the race.
A hearing will be organized by the protest committee chair at the convenience of the parties.
